Myron believes that therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical or intimidating. His approach is built around genuine conversations, practical strategies, and creating a comfortable space where clients can be themselves. He values collaboration and sees therapy as a partnership, working alongside clients to help them navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward the goals that matter most to them.

In addition to providing counselling for a wide range of life challenges, Myron has specialized training in sport and performance psychology, with experience supporting NCAA athletes in the United States and WHL athletes here in Canada. Drawing from these evidence-based performance strategies, he helps clients develop skills to manage anxiety, improve confidence and self-esteem, regulate emotions, enhance performance at school or work, manage anger, and set meaningful goals. He particularly enjoys working with students and young professionals who are striving to reach their full potential while maintaining balance and well-being.

Above all, Myron believes that feeling comfortable and connected with your therapist is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. His relaxed, approachable style helps reduce the feeling of being at an “appointment” and creates an environment where clients can speak openly and honestly. Whether you choose to work with Myron or another therapist, he encourages people to keep looking until they find a therapist who feels like the right fit—because meaningful change starts with a strong therapeutic connection.
